How long will my order take to arrive?

Every Sweet Agitator piece is made-to-order and fulfilled through our print partner Printful. Once you place your order, allow 2–7 business days for production, plus 3–5 business days for shipping — so plan for roughly 5–10 business days total before your order lands at your door. Good things take time, and so does quality activist gear.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — the movement doesn't stop at borders. We ship worldwide through Printful's global fulfillment network. International delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 10–20 business days after production. Please note that your country may charge import duties or customs fees upon arrival, and those costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We can't control what governments tax, but we can make sure your package is worth every penny.

What if I received the wrong item or my order arrived damaged?

That's on us, and we'll make it right — fast. If you received the wrong size, wrong design, or a damaged product, email us at hello@sweetagitator.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no charge. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing errors made at checkout, so please double-check our size guide before ordering.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because every item is made-to-order specifically for you, we have a very short window to make changes. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate cancellations or adjustments. After that window, production may have already begun and we won't be able to make changes.

Why is everything made-to-order?

We intentionally chose a made-to-order model because it means zero overproduction and zero waste. Fast fashion is one of the most polluting industries on the planet, and Sweet Agitator isn't here to add to that problem. Your piece is printed when you order it — not sitting in a warehouse somewhere. It's a small but meaningful way we put our values into practice.

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you don't see it, check your spam folder — and if it's still missing, reach out to us directly.
