Shipping — How It Works
We make everything to order. That means when you place an order, your piece gets made — not pulled from a shelf. No overstock. No waste. No unsold pile in a landfill because we guessed wrong about demand.
This model takes a little longer than Amazon Prime. We think it's worth it.
Production Time
Most orders take 2–7 business days to produce before they ship. This is not delay — this is the process. Your item is being made specifically for you.

The movement doesn't stop at borders. International orders ship — select your country at checkout.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If something's wrong, we're wrong along with you. Reach us at support@sweetagitator.com with your order number.
A Note on Timing
If you need something by a specific date, reach out to support@sweetagitator.com before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it happen. We don't want to let you down. But we also don't want to lie to make a sale.
That's just not how we operate.
Returns & Exchanges
Every piece is made to order, so we don't accept returns for fit preference. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, that's on us — and we'll make it right. Email support@sweetagitator.com with your order number and a photo.
