Sweet Agitator Return & Refund Policy

Clear. Direct. No confusion. No loopholes.

All Sales Are Final

Every item in our store is print‑on‑demand, made specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • “It looks different than I expected”

  • Any non‑defective item

This applies to every product and every collection in the store.

There are no special collections with different rules. There are no conditional categories. There is one policy for the entire store.


The Only Exception: Manufacturing or Fulfillment Errors

We will replace or refund an item only if:

  • It arrives damaged

  • It arrives defective

  • It arrives misprinted

  • It arrives with a production error

  • You receive the wrong item

These are the only situations where a return or refund is approved.

What We Need From You

To process a defective/incorrect item claim, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

No Return Required

For approved defect claims, you do not need to send the item back. We will issue a free replacement or a full refund.


Free Return Shipping (When Applicable)

If we request the item back for inspection (rare), we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Clear instructions on how to send it

You will never pay return shipping for an approved defective‑item case.


Incorrect Address / Returned‑to‑Sender Packages

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • An unclaimed package

  • Delivery failure

We can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. New shipping fees will apply.


Exchanges

Because all items are printed to order, we cannot offer exchanges for size, color, or preference.

If your item is defective and approved for replacement, we will reprint the same item originally ordered.


Refunds

Once your defective/incorrect item claim is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time

We’re a small, working‑class‑built brand using print‑on‑demand production. We don’t hold inventory. We don’t reshelve returns. We don’t waste materials.

This policy protects:

  • You (from defective products)

  • Us (from unsustainable return costs)

  • The environment (from unnecessary waste)

And it keeps Sweet Agitator honest, fair, and sustainable.
